I'd be glad to talk on this topic:

    http://www.thefastlanetomillions.com...tml#post114833

Or, if you'd like, I can see if they (Menke, the company we use) can send someone to do a short presentation.

Also, similar to last year, I'd be happy (hopefully with Russ) to do another CASHFLOW session, LesGee style.

I like the idea of both the presentations and the break outs for the mastermind sessions.

The presentations are nice for the first timers to get to know everyone and get a scope for the limitless possibilities. It is also nice for the returning folks to see where people have been and where they are going.

I also like the mastermind groups because it opens doors for possibly networking later. It also continues the thought process from the limitless possibilities to learning how to think outside the box and starting an action toward a groups common goals. And it starts to build trust because it allows for those who are not comfortable presenting get involved in not so public of a way.

Both the presentations and the mastermind break out sessions resulted in a gain of personal relationships, many friendships, private networking and mastermind groups, to name a few.

I could put together something about the multiple streams of income if people were interested.

I would love to hear what everyone is doing other than the stuff I know about. Well. Obviously, I don't know anything that I don't know. So I am open to everything.

I also like to know more about everyone's life style and how they achieve that in the fastlane way and how they manage risks and handle their success beyond making money.

I am in the student mode.

I vote for the everyone gives a short presentation + break out groups.

Because we are at Firesky this year, most people will be hanging out which each other after dinner also because they have a great living room area, lounge, outdoor patio and heated pools. We don't have to go anywhere to play cashflow, have drinks, etc...

Looking at the list, I think that everyone coming can give a short talk about what they are doing. Like Terence said, you don't know what you don't know. The most amount of learning comes from the topics which you have zero knowledge about. Everything is new during those presentations and every year we have several of those.

I can talk about a few topics: Ebiz update, SEO, loan mod/short sale/foreclosure experiences.

LOVE LOVE LOVE the idea of everyone telling us what they're doing right now. That one thing alone is going to spark tons of business ideas and potential partnering (or at least sharing others' experiences to avoid mishaps).

Happy to do a tag team w/Bobbo on Cashflow. Might even throw some new kinks into it (having no cashflow, or foreclosures, or decreasing rents/increasing vacancies, or no loans from the bank. . . ? Will be fun. )

Also happy to do something on your PLAN. I tried to do this a few years ago @ Richdad HQ and I was TERRIBLE-- too long, and boooooooooooring. I need more feedback (or a different format), but would have fun doing anything around this.

Also happy to do anything else where there is interest (like how to work w/the SBA-- we got $500K in loans from them last year, and have already been approved for another $590K that will (hopefully) close shortly.

Problem is, I'd love to hear about all 3.

How long would each take to cover?

Does it make sense to do one of them in front of the group, and the others in break-out sessions? (like having an internet biz breakout group to cover #1, #2, or both----- or presenting #3 in a Real Estate break out group?)

    Bio, what do you think?

Which topic would be more valuable/more interesting:

Owning Operating an Apartment Investment Company

    or

The Trials and Tribulations of Starting a Combat Sports Management Business

I can talk about either. Last year I did a presentation on customer segementation within pricing to drive more profitability to your business because we had other REI folks already doing presentations. Also, there was a heavy slant of interest in online businesses. Just want to make sure my topic is of majority interest and not just me listening to myself talking...

I think the Apartment talk would best fit what I do, which means I'll probably get a ton more out of the Sports company. It is always amazing to me how much more I get out of the unfamiliar topics -- eBay, Poker, Travel Miles, etc.

    I'm with Bobbo.

Rif about what makes you tick. The thing you are passionate about, and what has helped you succeed in business.

THAT is the kinda stuff that always gets juices flowing at B&P.

Russ, I'd like the hear the presentation you didn't really get to give 2 years ago because some people.... () talked too long. About Maslow and how it applies to managing employees...

Happy to do that. It would take at least 20-30 minutes to do an overview, 45 to do it w/a teeny bit of depth (I've worked on run-throughs for other conferences). I'm thinking that might be waaaaay too long for a fastlane meetup. Open to ideas, though.

    So far, we have:

    1. Cashflow Unplugged- using current market conditions to make the game more interesting, or, using Les Gee's lone wolf/partner/saver personas to show the advantages/disadvantages of each (this could be done as an interactive workshop, or could also be done one evening, if there is only mixed interest).

    2. Your PLAN: Real world examples

    3. Using Maslow to take your staff to the next level

Russ... you can have my time if you talk about Maslow
if.... there is enough interest from others. I know one other person mentioned they wanted to hear you speak about plan...

    Oh, and.... BUMP!

What else are people considering talking about?
I, personally, am at a loss. Just don't have much to say at the moment.

Checks are the most boring purchase you'll ever make for your small business, but if you buy them from your bank, you're paying way too much. Order business checks online and save up to 75% off of bank prices.
