    Default Cheap Shipping to Europe

What is the best and most economical way to ship products in the 1-10lbs range to the U.K and other areas overseas?

    Is it very costly?

How long does it take to get a package to the UK from Florida?

    Thanks

Yes I figured that would be a place to look but for example a 3lbs small box is about $100 to get to Australia. That seems expensive, there has to be a better way.

Global Express Mail from the post office is pretty reasonable and you can track it. I would not use any service that does not offer proof of delivery and insurance options if you are talking about business shipments.

This may or may not help you. When I was studying abroad I used a parcel forwarding service to have things shipped from U.S. to China. They ship in high volumes so shipping companies (USPS, Fedex, etc) give pretty substantial discounts, which they pass along to their customers along with a small fee of $8.50. I used Shipito as they are the cheapest and are very reliable. I just went to their site and the estimate for a 3-pound box to New Zealand ranged from $13-$40 depending on what speed of service you choose. Good luck to you.

I haven't done many int'l shipments, so I can't help much. However, I would check out first class international for the items under 4lbs.
USPS - First-Class Mail International Prices

USPS will not insure them, but shipsurance will, according to this link.

USPS Priority Mail International is the cheapest. Usually takes about 6-10 days.

This is true, some discounts are as much as 80% if you are high volume. It costs me $120 to ship something UPS to Europe and if I have my dropshipper do it with their account its only $30.
