A great book I recommend is: The Lean Startup by Eric Ries. I just finished this book this morning after starting yesterday and it's everything Fastlane. It's especially centered on listening to the market and letting the market design the product or service. A must read.

I saw one of the founders of Dollar Shave Club reading it so I figured it must be good and sure enough I thought it was good.

Very detail info on how to tune into the market, very science like.

I've been using its MVP concept (reading on blogs) but still didn't read the book yet. Definitely have to take a look to it.
