This company is providing a great solution to a big problem that will help entrepreneurs and our economy as well. No matter how much the government tries to destroy the economy entrepreneurs will find a way to succeed and in this regard I have to tip my hat to silicon valley for finding a creative solution to an otherwise unsolvable problem.

This is the most interesting thing I've read in 2012 so far! It was such a pain to get a US visa, which involved: lawyers, lengthy application, expenditure in time and money, ambiguity, subjectivity, and misinformation. It was a joke.

New innovative alternatives are welcome. Countries should compete for corporate tax dollars and should not be so bureaucratic. Bring it on!

Normally I'd say BS or "good luck" but anything Peter Thiel does has a great chance of success. Really sounds like the experience of a lifetime.

What clever idea. It seems many times government regulation and taxation can acctually plant the seeds for innovation

His 20 Under 20 Fellowship is also an excellent idea. I think that there are plenty of motivated people with great ideas who don't necessarily need to go to college to launch their business.

Another positive aspect of this program is they are aiming to charge rents that would be comparable to the area. They are not planning on rent gauging these people but offering what seems to be a great opportunity at a reasonable cost.
