Rules for Signature and Sig Links

These are the rules for signatures, signature links ...

You must have 50 posts to have one.

OR

You must have reputation greater than 100 (That should be about 15 mph)

As soon as 1 of these levels are achieved, the Signature becomes an option. For newbies, it simply won't show. Those who have signatures with less than the aforementioned requirements are subject to having their sigs deleted.
