Posting - Signature Links / Advertising

The following are signature link rules regarding this forum:

1) Images are not allowed.
2) A link to your affiliate site is PROHIBITED.
3) A link to your network marketing site is PROHIBITED.
4) A links to your blog is ACCEPTABLE.
5) A link to your website is ACCEPTABLE, assuming it isn't MLM, or affiliate related.
6) A link to your myspace page is ACCEPTABLE.
7) Promotional signatures are PROHIBITED.

This policy exists to promote postings of value and not "quantity posts" which serve the purpose of garnering traffic to an affiliate site.

Bloggers are welcome to post their blog in their sigs as these sites contain decent content.

Violation of the above will result in possible moderation and if need be, banishment.

is it against forum rules to post my Amazon affiliate links to the books I recommend to them, in response to their question?
