Default Violation of the Law of Effection

Law of Effection states: "The more people whose lives you affect in an environment you control, the more money you will make."

Anyone have a product or service that touched the lives of many, but you haven't been able to monetize it?

I have a health niche website getting 1000 visitors a day and for the life of me, I can't make money off it ($3-5/day tops). I feel like I am violating the law of effection!

So, are you making your money off of e-commerce like drop-shipping or strictly ad space or something else? In other words, what service/product is your site designed to monetize??

You could set up an email list for them to sign up to and create a product to sell to them. Or find a company looking for leads in the niche and place a link on your site to the company who would pay per lead signup. Depending on the niche and how narrowly targeted it is 1000 uniques per day is often more than enough to create a nice business. Keep going, you'll get there!

I've been working on both. I setup an e-commerce sub-site that uses Amazon for products and commissions a few weeks ago. Not one sale here yet. I've been using CPA offers related to my niche with very little success. The only thing bringing in $ is AdSense, but at a few bucks a day.

The site isn't technically designed to monetize a service or product. It's an informational niche related to a specific health concern. (e.g. Site all about knee pain)

I've tried the email/newsletter route as well, and was getting seriously 1-2 sign-ups a week! Tried switching up ad copies and offerings, but wasn't seeing substantial improvement.

I would have to think about the PPL idea. Since my visitors find my site when they are looking for more information in regards to their health concern, it may be tough collecting leads on this.

How are the 1000 people per day finding your site?

All through organic search. Ranked fairly high for my keywords.

What makes you think that you are effecting those 1000 visitors? If you are doing it TO get the money or FOR the money, you are not following the law, you are trying to leverage it. A law is a law you cannot leverage it you just follow it.

From a different perspective, you are making some money here. I am sure there are a lot of people who would be thrilled to have what you have as a starting point. Also keep in mind, the Law of Effection is not the only law in the big picture.
