Every time I read about a ponzi scheme, I'm tempted to cross over to the dark side, make a product and start a new MLM. :/

I just read their entire email trail posted on that website, reminded me of the people I deal with everyday, being in this business (not ponzi scheme mind you) is tough.

    Some nice goodies.

On a seperate note, is it reasonable when you have money to buy all of these "goodies"? Couldn't it have been better to have a few of the goodies and then spend the money on investments? Just thinking out loud.

I'm sure he did have investments, but ill-gotten assets are confiscated and forfeited once the gov't thinks it is fraud.

For me, the whole Rothstein debacle had hit very close to home.

I worked for a Dr. here in town who had intertwined his business dealings with this scumbag. The pretentious bunch here in South Florida simply fell into what MJ describes as get rich easy, and boy did they get burned. They relinquished control to ole Scott.

Between Rothstein and Madoff, the takeaway is: You gotta stay in control.
