An explanation. I pulled it after 1). I had a tenant's parents come across this & tried to use this as some kind of ammo, because little junior flunked out of college & stopped paying me. 2) I had a friend who is going bankrupt, read it & got upset with me when I didn't want to participate in his bailout. Still here

That sucks, I've seen this happen many times, "you're already rich, $500 less won't make you poor", what they don't understand is the energy & effort that went into reaching this level of success and then assholes like this try to ruin it for you

Anyway, I'm glad you're still around, and I wish you much more success in the future!

KyJoe - If you're still out there and still have the original thread to your success story, would you mind posting it in the "Private" forum or PM'ing it to me?

I would really like to hear your story.

    Thanks!

Nope. The parent lives in the same area as I do . LOL. I take my cars to a local cars & coffee event & a few other charity things & he saw it. Then found a picture of it on this site & put 2 & 2 together. Update wise, still around! I think there is some great opportunities in the real estate market. The banks will still loan money, but are way tougher.

So you now have to hide it from people that you are a millionaire? Are you serious? Please put up the story, rewrite it and make it even bigger so those fools can jump off a cliff faster the next time they read your story. There is nothing to be afraid of when you are doing right. I never understand how others can be envious and try to bring others down or punish em for their effort. You did well, CONGRATULATIONS, you deserve all the glory and if you want to shine and let everyone know it, then you should be able to do so with peace.

    KyJoe,

Congratulations on all your success. Haters can jump off a moving truck and roll.

If you won't mind PM'ing your story, I'd love to read it, as well.

    All the best.

KyJoe, I'm not sure how you feel about your friend treating you like that, but if I were you I wouldn't feel bad for that friend. You haven't done anything wrong and you have no obligation to help him unless you feel that you want to.

Yep, when people suspect a person has money they view it as property for them to take from you. After all, they think it is just luck that you have it and since you were just lucky you are obligated to share it.
