Sticky SUCCESS STORY: How i reached financial freedom at age 22

    Hey Fastlane guys!

First of all - sorry for a few grammatic errors - english is not my mother tongue.

I'm a 22 year old web entrepreneur who has made it to kind of a fastlane life. I have read this forum for a couple of years every now and then, but never made an account. I just came here to read other people's success stories. And woah, there are tons of motivating stories around here. I thought since the motivation I got from reading other people's stories helped me get to "fastlane life", I felt an obligation to share my story aswell. Hopefully my story will help other people reach their goals in life aswell.

My road to fastlane started when I was 20. Not from a rich family, more like middle lower income. I was studying engineering in university, with the idea of getting a 9-5 job after finishing university, just like almost every other normal human being who has been influenced by parents. What happened and how I ended up here is something that at the time being felt disasterous, but right now I think of it as the greatest thing that happened in my life - I dropped out of university. I didn't pass all the exams and I thought I still had it cool, but as it turned out I was a couple of points short. So they kicked me off.

The following week or 2 I was totally depressed. I didn't go out of my apartment (my parents' apartment, as I was living with mom and dad) and didn't socialise with anybody. I just felt bad. Seemed like my life was over.

Then somebody introduced me to the book - The Secret (Which I think of as mostly bullshit. The idea is good - you need to think of goals and go for them and visualize, but all the universe mumbo jumbo is too new age crap for me.) It helped me get a new perspective on life. I got an idea, that there's more to life than a 9-5 job. I wanted millions of dollars and live an exciting life. I chose cars that I want and apartments where I would be living in.

How I really started moving towards my dream life where I am now was when I did an easy first step. I went to google.com and typed - how to become a millionaire. It opened up tons of webpages where I would see people's stories, different books, and LOTS of online scams promising you riches overnight. I fell for a couple of scams promising me riches, but I read a lot of success stories (including this forum here) . I read tons of books - Milionaire's mind, Think & Grow Rich, The Secret etc. This all improved my mindset on becoming rich.

I decided I'm going to get rich by doing internet marketing. I failed and failed and failed, probably because I really deep down didn't believe it was possible to succeed. Finally I started seeing some success and some $$$ rolling in, when I stumbled on a Internet Marketing product on forum marketing. It consisted of buying services cheap and selling them on Internet Marketing forum for more money. What I did was I started buying a web marketing service for $5 and started selling it for $27. The money first started coming in in December 2010. Just for the emotion - I will add a screenshot.

So this is what I saw in December 2010-January 2011. It feels so good seeing this over and over again. Unfortunatelly this died out quick after january due to a few things going wrong, but It was really the starting point of my move to good life. I now KNEW that it was possible to make good money online.

I started doing different things and gaining experience knowing, that even if i don't make $1000 every day RIGHT NOW, gaining experience and doing these things will help me getting to that point. Fast forward 4-5 different money making possibilities and in October 2011 I was making on average ~$100-125 profit a day. I never stopped working, because I didn't want to stay at that point. I wanted fastlane. I wanted lambos and million dollar apartments. I'm not quite there yet, but soon I am there. I started a new online campaign (one of the best ways to make money online period) and January 2012 was my best month so far of making money EVER, making $16500 (minus $250 business expenses). So I am half way to $1000 days.

I have nothing to say, but Keep your head up. I will be posting updates so you could get motivation and make it to this life aswell. I will warn you guys about online money making scams, never buy anything that promises you overnight riches or push button software that will make you rich. These are scams and you will just waste your money. Keep your head up, find something that works for you and WORK HARD.

Be persistant, have the right mindset & goal, be kind to people, work as hard as possible and you will achieve your goals.
Never try to sell something to people just so you could get money. People sence that. Try to help them. Think of the customer first and why your product would help them, then you will do good.

There's a saying - If you help enough people get what they want in life, they will help you get what you want in life. Think about it

    Work it baby!!

Updates coming. Soon I'm on $1000 day

If anybody needs any help or has any questions, feel free to PM or e-mail me on viditano@gmail.com

    Ciao!! To your success!

WOW! Congrats man! I'm young myself at 18. I was into IM, but failed SOOO hard. I'm currently into Real Estate ATM, although I'm just using it to bankroll other more profitable, AND fun ventures.....Check out my intro thread I made here(yes, I'm homeless ATM), and my progress thread on the way to my first Real Estate Deal,

BTW, how much are you currently making in IM as of right now, if you don't mind me asking?

Care to share any details about what your online campaign actually is? Do you sell a product, offer a service, or something else?

It looks like he would sell fiverr services on warrior forum for more than he got them for $5.

...And made ~$90 a day for a month. Good start, and congrats, but I wouldn't consider that financial freedom. Keep it up!

Good post cilaes, but 2 little differences.

    1) Was not warrior forum
    2) $90 a day for a month was in December 2010 - January 2011. It's more than a year past that. And I'm way past that now. Average $500 a day. On my way to constant $1k days. Then I can celebrate

Keep it up everybody, you're going to make it!

    To your success

Great post Viditano! Thanks for posting and welcome here. I'm new myself but have already got a lot from reading stories like yours.

The internet is full of ways to make money and a huge seemingly never ending resource. Sometimes the problem doesn't seem to be how to make money but what to focus on. $500 a day IS financial freedom no doubt about that. There is not one factory worker who would not want to earn that sort of money and never will (working at the factory). It may not be passive yet but it sure is enough to make you free enough to have a semi free life. At least you don't have to wake yourself up with an alarm clock and drag your arse off to a disgusting job you hate.

Congratulations! Keep rising but realise you're already there. Look around, you've already made it. You are rightly proud.

I'm going to take a shot and guess that it was WickedFire forum?

I have been buying various services from their Link-Seo section for awhile and have a suspicion those guys hire some Indians from odesk and simply resell those services too. If that's the case, could you suggest the place where to buy such services for their wholesale prices?

I'll give you 100 bucks and graciously allow you 36 months to turn it into 1 million for me... I'll need your house as security though.
