I like how he addressed how important barriers to entry are... most people do not take this seriously enough.
Also he stressed CONTROL... running a business off of google adsense is not enough, it may not last so think ahead, utilize the trends, but make sure you have other revenue streams that YOU control.
Let the market pull you in the right direction, don't push... very smart and true.
A very down to earth person, a lot of respect for him.

Haha, I jumped back a bit too when I saw MJ on Mixergy!
Great interview, you do a great job of keeping a consistent story / branding message in everything I have read/seen of you.
You have a strong following because you're authentic and most of us can relate to you, thanks MJ!![]()

Indeed a great interview.
Been following mixergy for a while and was wondering why MJ hasnīt appeared on Mixergy earlier.
Interview was great, i think ya'll miscommunicated on a few of the questions though. I think it was more the way they were asked. IE what is the goal of the book part, I think andrew was asking what it was for MJ and MJ responded what it would be for the readers. It seemed a bit confused.
I liked the office thing at the end for some reason, adds a bit of personality.

I enjoyed the interview MJ. Seems that many others did as well. Well done on unit sales btw.
