There is a reason people with terrible illnesses are on prescription meds.
I had a cousin with leukemia. She was young, pretty, extremely intelligent and had a wonderful life ahead of her. She took the advice of some so called natural remedy guru and stopped all her treatments and began taking supplements and doing magnet therapy and a host of other junk treatments. This "guru" told her the problem in her body was toxins and that if she got rid of the toxins the disease would disappear. She spent thousands of dollars on these treatments.
According to her doctors when she was diagnosed her leukemia was curable and her prognosis was good.
Maybe the doctors were wrong and the disease was worse than they thought. Or maybe, just maybe a POS wanna be healer played games with my cousin's life for a profit.
She has been gone 2 1/2 years now.
