@ Ryan. I do own the domain. It's under private registration. But I believe the domain although catchy is less important than the service.

@ Russ. First of all I appreciate your feedback( the suggestion of updating the message that was targeted to be delivered 3 months ago.) Secondly, no I didn't know how things work here as you noted I am a bit of a novice on these boards. I thought this would be a good spot to seek advice and feedback.

Additionally, I feel that I post when I have something to post. I am not going to post when I don't have something of value to post.

I feel that I have contributed a large in depth business idea. I see that this is the second business idea post in 9 months, so hopefully I contributed something valuable, and maybe you can read my post instead of getting upset about where it was posted and how many prior posts I have made.If we keep going on at this rate I will be up past that 50 mark by the end of tomorrow.

it's seriously enohp dot com- phone spelled backwards so we can turn current mobile marketing "upside down" or something to the effect.

I have a site that is in construction for my aunt's small business parked there right now. just a short memorable domain name.

really over... Sheesh I would never of thought.

I would find this very annoying since I pass a Mcdonalds every three miles where I live.

Wouldn't use it. I do not want to be reminded to spend money when I am not thinking about spending money. That is why google works. Advertisers get attention when consumers want to spend their money. It's the same reason i do not watch much TV. Too many freakin commercials as it is. Why would I want More? To save 10% on my next walmart Purchase? I save 100% by not purchasing at all!

    Just my humble two cents.

that's why it's an opt in service.
Additionally you can opt out of specific advertisements.

I'm with Russ on this. If you don't want to spend the time to make an effective, current presentation then I won't take the time to evaluate what you have wasted my time with. Good luck.

Have a business? Product? Blog? Post your business venture here. This is your opportunity to be somewhat promotional.

This is your opportunity to let everyone know what you are doing (Advertise Your Gig!) without being labeled "SPAMMY!"

    RULES
    1. You need 50 posts to create a new thread.
    2. ONE POST ONLY PER BUSINESS. You can continually refresh the thread with your own updates.
    3. You can also use this forum to offer book trades, things for sale, etc.
    4. Your business cannot compete with a PAID SPONSOR, subject to grandfathering.
    5. FASTLANE IS NOT RESPONSIBLE FOR ANY TRANSACTIONS YOU CONDUCT AS A RESULT OF THIS FORUM -- DO YOUR OWN DUE DILIGENCE!!!

Also, this "forum" is subject to removal dependent on how it goes!
I'm surprised not many have taken advantage of this "free advertising" opportunity. If no one uses this forum, I will have need to remove it.
Could it be some don't understand marketing?

As defined by wikipedia marketing is the process associated with promoted for sale goods or services. It is considered a "social and managerial process by which individuals and groups obtain what they need and want through creating and exchanging products and values with others."[1] It is an integrated process through which companies create value for customers and build strong customer relationships in order to capture value from customers in return.

Marketing is used to create the customer, to keep the customer and to satisfy the customer. With the customer as the focus of its activities, it can be concluded that marketing management is one of the major components of business management. The evolution of marketing was caused due to mature markets and overcapacities in the last decades. Companies then shifted the focus from production more to the customer in order to stay profitable.

The term marketing concept holds that achieving organisational goals depends on knowing the needs and wants of target markets and delivering the desired satisfactions. It proposes that in order to satisfy its organizational objectives, an organization should anticipate the needs and wants of consumers and satisfy these more effectively than competitors.

It is a way to sell or advertise your business to your focus group. Many individuals on this forum sell goods on the internet, a real estate investor looking for property to buy, have their own business, etc.

MJ started this post for a reason, so let's try to comply. Mine will be up two-three weeks.

I think the topic is not really popular yet, because most people come on this forum to start a business,so most are not quite there yet. However,i do think the topic will gain populairity sooner or later.

I know i will post something once i have something. But since i still have alot of work to do, i rather wait and do it good then posting something that looks like a second hand scam.

    Greetings,

    Henk

This is a great one. I hope we starters could get faster on this lane to take advantage of this opportunity to be seen and possibly patronized by a large market as we have in the Fastlane community.
    Thank you MJ

I think this a great topic. I am not sure who has posted what but some of them seem too long. Maybe if you post your website or a quick overview of what your business is about, more people will read it. If it takes me 30 minutes to figure out what your business is, I am not sure I would want to know. But if I you have a website and ask that people check it out and give feedback, maybe that would work better?
I am far from a marketing expert but I do own a franchise and almost all of my advertising and promotion is done for free and by word of mouth. I am still pretty new to this so I am not sure if I am allowed to post my franchise here so I won't until I get permission. If you are going to sell yourself, I think it should be short and to the point.
