Never heard of that before...but DK initials has definitely got some successful people. I can't tell you how many people think I'm married to Dan Kennedy. (Why? Because our names are so similar?) And then there is Donna Karan... Wow, the list goes on, this is fun.

Kurt, I'm on a mission now to find something besides jelly for you to emulate.

If I had $22MM I would snap up Neverland. Michael Jackson is a freak show and I'm sure there's tons of people out there that would pay some money to get to tour the grounds.

Charge an entrance fee like a Graceland, make some of that $22MM back, knock down all the kiddie rides and eliminate all signs of Neverland, so it's just a house on a nice 2,300 acre lot. Sell..


I don't think Wacko Jacko will get foreclosed on. He'll borrow against his Beatles catalog like he always does to come up with the cash. If he wanted to sell, he could of done that a long time ago. I think he wants to keep it. Freak.

Because that would require common sense, something this particular individual sometimes seems to lack.

Seriously, there is alot you could do with that property and that much land.

He has till the 19th. Time is ticking. Anyone heard anything? If not, it will all be auctioned off that very day.

That I would like to see. If I was not going out of town right after that I would bounce down there and video tape the madness. There will probably be MJ fans crying and stuff. It should be entertaining.
