Okay fine,
Maybe the description is off a bit. It's estimated that Bill Gates makes 157,248,000 per year. This totals into 3,024,000 per week. And this turns out to be $300 per second. I'm sure he has a little extra spending cash on hand at all times. Therefore, the picture probably better describes how long it would take him to decide to buy one if he wants to.

Agreed, all in all it could only take him about 10 minutes to make enough money to buy a Lambo, not bad at all lol. That's 6 Lambos per hour, 144 Lambos in just one day.
Lol. Regardless if it's right or not with the exact time.. The principle of it is still hilarious.. good one.

Bill can just buy the entire Lambo company from Volkswagen's Audi AG.
As an FYI Lamborghini is owned by Audi AG, which is 99.7% owned by Volkswagen AG, which in turn is 30.9% owned by Porsche AG. In short, Lambo sales feed Porsche shareholders.
Capitalism is pretty damn awesome.
So, if each of those pix was taken at 1 minute intervals, he could buy this in 5-6 minutes:

If he took a nap, and woke up 30 min later, he could buy this:

It's 'planned obselesence' by marketers in order to sell more product. If they didn't devalue or devalued very slowly, marketers would have a tough time increasing unit/dollar sales and market share. Product needs to be sold. It's not a surprise that once VW took over, unit sales jumped from a few hundred units a year to over 2k a year. Shareholders will demand it.

This wasn't funny.
