you gotta get out on the Sound and see some whales! Summertime in Seattle can be so beautiful (if the sun comes out). Take a ferry over to Victoria for a day. Drink a lot of coffee.
Take a jacket even in June.

Olympic, if you love National Parks.
I loved staying at the Lake Crescent Lodge. If you can stay in one of the Roosevelt Cabins, you'll be a part of history (FDR stayed there while considering signing Olympic as a National Park).
View from the lawn overlooking the lake is awe inspiring. I spent the better part of a day just sitting there, soaking in the vibes (made my entrepreneurial brain go crazy w/ideas!).

Check out Pike Place Market in downtown seattle. Take a drive up north to La Conner and have some ice cream than go over deception pass to Whidbey island and then take a ferry ride back to mulkiteo. We do this drive we most people who come and visit since it gives them a chance to take a ferry.
You can also take a tour of the Boeing factory, Air and Space museum, Experience Music Project (EMP) and head down to Tacoma to the Glass museum.
