I was expecting that by this time we would have 30 people registered. I guess many will registered at the last minute.

The way we structured pricing and for what we plan on providing for the event, a small crowd is fine.
We can do more with a smaller group. I would actually be in favor of placing a cap on the overall attendance.

SteveO, I told my wife about the Apartment Finance Today Conference a month after our gathering. She suggested I sign up, and just stay out there for the month. Must have been that "butt" comment I made somewhere.

C'mon folks... We got the easy part over here in the desert. You all have to pay to get here and fork up the dough for a room. Then you will be subject to the Real Original Gangster's (RealOG) friday night at the bar. Perhaps a limo ride to Sugar Daddy's is in the cards!!!

Hey Jill. I have been practicing a bit on the Texas National Language (Tex speak). I'll tell you what.... It is a tough language to learn. (incorrectly applied, the statement is followed with another statement)

Haha, I agree. That's what I always say...what do we need to do next?! As much as I enjoy how much motivation he is getting out of reading up on this forum, we definitely need an action plan now! But that's where I come into the equation, right!?!!!
