Nice video MJ, you basically spelled out the exact thoughts I had on my mind for the past few weeks. For the first half of the 2011, I have been slacking on going to the gym and gained a bit of weight. During that time I have been sort of 'dreaming' to myself of how great it would be to get back in shape again (as most people do). Wanting to have the muscles and abs to be confident when you go to the beach, etc. After a few months, I didn't take the action and all I had was a dream and a bigger belly. In September, I started going to the gym at least 3 or 4 days a week. Can you guess what happened? I actually gained the results that dreaming away didn't get me. Although I am nowhere near my goal of how I want to look, I am actually the strongest that I have ever been in my life. Stronger than I was during high school football season, and stronger than I was graduation day of the police academy I attended.

Since reading MFL, I had those same 'dreams' of turning my ideas into a success and disappointed of where I am financially. With my thoughts were stirring away while on the tredmill at the gym one day, the comparison finally clicked that in order to get where I dream of being, I must (as you said) take action for it to happen. What I found to help me out is by creating an environment that pushes me to keep going. I filed for an LLC, learned how to code in order to build my website, and partnered up with a friend of mine who is a better programmer. The site should be up and running within a month. When it gets along, I will create a post and try to pass on the lessons I am learning so far. The time and money I invested in this so far pushes me to work harder because I have something at stake now if I don't succeed. I have been wondering during your book, was moving out and away on your own for the purpose of making sure you stay motivated to succeed?

Maybe it was just me, but I sensed some real frustration from you regarding the forum and posting ideas.

I just wanted to say this forum has been a real blessing to me. Besides all the tangible benefits like getting feedback, advice, learning from someone else's experience and helping different people. It’s also comforting to know that your not alone, there are people like me who want to do something different, who want to break “free” and add something to the world. I can’t speak for everyone, but I bet 99% of you would agree with me in saying, “I really truly appreciate you, this forum, and I consider it a privilege to be here” Thank-you so much! Don’t give up on us ;)

Thanks for everything!
