I've been beating myself up with this the last couple of days. I have read all of "The Books" for a LOOOONNNGGG time but never made any real progress. I needed to get my head right. Apparently, I have been too comfortable to put something together. That is now water under the bridge. To get a better feel for what I am talking about, mash the gas and head on over to chapter 28 on page 195. (It's the long, skinny pedal on the right).
