    Hak,
I agree that its not hard to get a bank account but I gotta get the ID thing working in my favor. Now I am currently trying to figure what I want to do in regards to what I will be doing with the cash I have and finding a small place to shack and clean up, etc.

    Hi,

If you have $300, you can set up an account at a bank or checking unit AND start up a Visa Card with a $300 limit backed up by your $300 deposit.

Now, wear your best clean clothes and shop around the banks/credit unions to find one that will issue you a Photo-ID check cashing card OR at least a Visa Card with your ID. Now you have ONE form of ID.

Your provincial department of motor vehicles should issue you an ID even if you don’t have driving privileges. However, you may need to establish identification. Your photo check cashing ID probably won’t be sufficient, but a notarized copy of your birth certificate should work. The drivers ID is pretty key in Canada, since you need that to get a Citizenship Certificate. You also need a drivers ID to *pick up* a copy of your Birth Certificate (which is starting your ID file all over again from scratch). However, you can order one mailed in some provinces by establishing your identity. Sometimes submittal of notarized health documents suffice, or you may be able to submit affidavits (signatures of witness by other people to your personhood) acceptable to the province.

FURHTERMORE, you should be able to get a Court Writ to Enter to retain your stolen property – including your personal effects from the girls apartment. Use the court system seldom, but wisely.

Hope that helps and good luck.

Made an additional 200 dollars today with the potential of making an additional 300 more. I got the temporary ID card. They let me get it with my S.S. card.

Getting a bank account was a wee bit tougher but I am working it. Now I know I am at a crucial moment in my life. I checked into a motel, so I can clean up and get some rest.

What do you guys suggest. Should I hoof it to LA and start trying to get my songs out? Or what do I do from this moment?

Heavens I've never seen such a guppy in my life. How do you expect to be a business man fighting everyday in they shark tank when you're such a guppy? What man in his right mind would let a women, ESP his current/ex women destroy his ID, ruin his credit, and send him into homelessness and you are 30?

I kinda see why she thought she could do that too you. Women tend to not respect "weak" men in general and neither do business competitors.

Even bill gates, steve jobs, and mark zuckaburger (sp?) weren't men to be messed with.

LOL So not true. They say behind every strong man is a powerful woman. I have seen the sharks in business be "guppies" when it comes to their wives or children. The power of p****. I think you can figure out what Im saying

True, but I meant the ones that do have wives.

Hey Hey Hey !! So I am back again. This time. It's been the ultimate fall and rise.. back up. I started a Reputation Repair Management company out of Florida. Ultimate dream spot was Florida. Seriously its been a complete blessing that I am still here, roof over my head, loved by a few and definitely more cautious of others. I was looking through this thread and I found myself laughing at myself because of HOW STUPID I was with that girl.

If you can learn anything from me. If a girl hands you a red flag.. Please start running before you become me. I am not rich, but damn I am stable. I have an income and I do projects on the side.

I would love to be a more active more because well.. It's like this. I wouldn't be here today if it wasnt for you guys helping me through this. And a lot of creative survival tips that we would NEVER say in public.

    Thank you guys!
