I go to the business section of L4P sometimes, not a lot of posters in there though. Forbes and stuff like you said, books, google searches, word of mouth sometimes. Just going out and trying stuff and see what happens always teaches you a lot.
The title pretty much sums it up. When going out to learn new things about business/entrepreneurship: Where do you go? I read a lot on Forbes.com, Entrepreneur.com, and than watch a lot of youtube videos. Tech Stars has a lot of good videos on Youtube.
Where else do people go to read/learn new things? This could have anything to do with marketing, business, learning how to program websites, etc. Feel free to include TV shows and books on here too (although I think there is a separate book thread which someone else can link here if they wish).

That. The amount you learn seems to depend on how many pages of the Google Search you go through and the amount of reading done on each link.
I spent a buttload of time on Youtube, half of it watching funny videos and the other half seeking out business videos. I'm subscribed to FastlaneMJ (guess who that is) and mohammedabshaun. Recommend any more?
Also, laoshu505000 for those who like language learning. I'm learning Mandarin for fun.

I find forums to be a great resource. It takes time to separate the wheat from the chaff, but you can get a well rounded education in any specific subject.
There's these fancy things out nowadays called books...
What was the line in RMIB? "The sun that shone on our great grandfathers is the same sun the shines on us today... and it will be the same sun to shine on our great grandchildren."
I'm currently reading a long list of books that the authors have been dead for 50 years or so. Fantastic insight on business, marketing, and advertising from people who made it work and show how the principals still work today. If you think you're the first person to have "money problems" or "customer acquisition problems" ... think again... and look for the people who solved these problems a hundred years ago.
