You can keep on working at your entrepreneurial skills and hopefully find something that works for you. If you fail the first few times, at least it won't be a huge loss. You will learn your lesson and give it a shot at something else.
If you move to another country, your going to have to find a job so you can pay for food, shelter, clothing, etc.... You might be forced to work long hours for low pay, which would allow for minimal time to work on anything. You could get stuck in the trap of working just to survive.
On the other hand, it may teach you how tough life really is. It might force you to learn so important life lessons that may help you grow into a better person. It may also force you to learn how to work your ass off when your backs against the wall and you have no other option. That, in itself, can be a huge life lesson. You'll understand what it takes to survive and it could teach you what it takes for a business to survive.
Hopefully, whatever you chose, turns out well. Good Luck! And Happy Birthday!
