Great list. I would add Dropbox - a free service that lets you bring all your photos, docs, and videos anywhere. This is an app I use daily to increase my productivity. With this tool, I can log into may account anywhere on the web and access my files from any machine. Actually, stop what you're doing right now and download Evernote. Remember Everything | Evernote Corporation

I have been using dropbox for over two years and used to love it. Then I got evernote yesterday and now I cannot stop using it. It is just so damn useful. Give it a try, I promise, it's amazing.

My main program is Evernote - note taking, records, easy access on the go (online and phone, as well as desktop), great syncing... I got Premium last year because it was so helpful while I was studying (for taking notes both in class or at home, taking pictures of the whiteboard and having Evernote read the words.. etc). It's a great tool and has helped me so much. I just make sure the really important information is backed up on my external hard drive in case the Evernote server or something goes down.

I use the free Dropbox as well, mostly for my budgeting software so my husband and I can access our budget from both our computers, but it's useful for transferring files too.

Speaking of budgeting (productivity related, I suppose, in a way), I use You Need a Budget, it has revolutionized how I looked at money and has made it much easier to 'find' money for my business ventures and therefore has enabled me to get more done.

I also use the Thunderbird email client (all my addresses forward to just one email address too now) with a task list and the Lightning calendar plugin to keep track of appointments, important tasks, and to easily access all my email in one place.

Oh, and lastly, I use Pomodairo to structure my working time and make sure I take regular breaks... if I don't I burn out easily and this helps me focus and get my tasks done in a smaller amount of time.
