Thread: How some cow pat was turned into gold

I came agross this one when reading a local newspaper today. I immediately knew that I had to post this :

In spite of the rain more than 3000 people had come together in the small stadium of the Spanish amateur soccer club FC Amoeiro. They hadn't come to see some soccer, they had come to see a cow.
Since the club had been on the brink of its financial ruin the club's president Ángel Sid had a special idea for the rescue: "cow-bingo".

They split the field into 6000 squares which they sold for 10€ each. A cow called Rubia was chosen to be the Lady Luck. The cow just went around, had a little bit of grass ... and finally after 8 minutes ... did what she was supposed to do on field 4279

The club made 30.000€ and was rescued - the winner got a new Seat.
