I have been reading through the favorite book threads, and I have read most of them (and I have The Fastlane Millionaire on the way). One thing I'd like to get more into is reading magazine, newsletters, and the such that Fastlane Millionaires read so I can keep up-to-date with modern business practices, millionaire mindset, etc.

So what magazine do you read and suggest on a monthly/weekly/daily basis?

I personally have heard anything from Fast Company/Inc. to Robb Report to Success, and I enjoy looking at these at the newsstand or bookstore, but I'm looking for quality magazine for a subscription.

Here a list of magazines I got coming to me ...

~ Website Magazine
~ Barrons (Weekly Newspaper, for management of the money system!)
~ Internet Retailer
~ Details / Maxim

None of them I pay for except Barrons.

Most of my reading is done online.

I mostly do my reading online because I can be anywhere and just read on my Blackberry.

1. Entrepreneur Magazine- Read it for advice, tips, and business methods.

2. Dupont Registry- Motivation, Motivation, and oo yeah Motivation.

3. Bloomberg- I read Bloomberg on a daily basis to know where our economy is headed and what is happening in our markets.

I haven't heard of a few of these, including Heavy Hitters, Website Magazine, and Excellence. I'll definitely have to check them out.

I guess I never answered my own question because I don't have a subscription to any magazine right now, but I do like to read:

Fast Company
Inc
Entrepreneur
Men's Health
Outside Magazine

Thank you for sharing everyone. Keep them coming if you have some good one's related to the Fastlane lifestyle.

They canceled subscriptions for some reason? I thought I heard they were going to bring them back but I have not seen anything yet. For now I have to keep checking my local magazine racks to get the latest issue.

I read Entrepreneur, Website Magazine, Inc., Fast Company, and Forbes. I used to subscribe to Money, Working Mother and Black Enterprise, but I now read them online. In fact the only print magazines I subscribe to are Entrepreneur and Website Mag.

I need to check out heavy hitters and barrons!

Right now all I get is American Rifleman and Fortune (fortune sucks btw)

I read the WSJ every day. I have thought about their sister companies like smart money and barrons.

I don't really read any mags anymore. Online is faster/more current.

Fifteen years ago, I was actually a featured columnist for a few magazines (4)-- 3 national and 1 international. All are now out of business. All the biz is shifting to online.

Of the magazines mentioned by other posters (above), I have been featured in the Wall St Journal (4x), Robb Report (7x) and Fortune (once).

If you count the Wall St Journal's magazine (Smart Money), add one to the above.

Heavy hitters seems a bit on the ghetto side for my tastes but if I see one at an airport newsstand I will check it out.

Good to see a few of us read Website Magazine, it is definitely a good one. I also read Response Magazine. I have given up my subscriptions to Maxim and Wired.

Have you checked into any podcasts? The three I listen to are:

Automate My Small Business
Foolish Adventure

Thanks for asking the question to the forum, I have a few more magazines to look into from all the answers

For Inspiration, I have also read Tramp. It is a great combination of how the wealth live, invest and their stories/accolades. Other than that Forbes, WSJ, FT and Success.

Huff Post also has good articles too.
