21 year old @PaulRobert started his entrepreneurial endeavors in high school. He joined the forum in his Junior year of High School then read The Millionaire Fastlane and in his words, "Things have never been the same since.".

I recently had the opportunity to speak with Paul and recorded the conversation to share with The INSIDERS.

Paul takes us from idea -> to research -> to prototyping -> to validation -> to his first sale -> to going viral -> to what he sees the future holds for Tie Mags. Sprinkling in words of wisdom and advice along the way.

In this interview you'll learn:
  • The importance of 'turning on' your receptors so you can identify problems that need solutions
  • How Paul validated his idea before investing his hard earned money
  • The process he took to prototype his first TieMag
  • How Paul identified and filtered out US manufacturers
  • How long it took from idea to first run of manufactured product in hand
  • How much money Paul invested in his startup and his philosophy behind it
  • The role Mark Cuban played in getting his very first sale
  • The importance of having a product based business
  • The key turning point for TieMags going viral
  • The number 1 social media channel Paul uses to generate traffic and sales
  • Plus much more
You can read Paul's TieMags Progress Thread Here.

I'm about 75% through this and the call has been great so far.

@AllenCrawley you are a great interviewer, you asked (so far) all the questions I would have want to know.

Must listen especially anyone looking to dabble in inventions and innovation.

And this kid is 21 YEARS OLD.

Thank you for recording the call, i'll listen soon!

Look who was wearing a Tie Mag Pin back in 1999.

With a little tweaking to an already popular accesory you've created something completely new. Amazing. I just purchased the conversation starter. I'll expect a few Illuminati comments about it :p

Thank you Allen for a great interview. @PaulRobert I especially loved your words about now knowing you don't ever want to get a job as you want to work for yourself- chasing your dreams not someone else's.

If I wore a tie I would definitely wear a TieMag! I will keep in mind for gifts :)

Does anyone have a copy of this audio? The link on Dropbox has been taken down.

I'm going through a very similar process right now and hoping to gain some insights on vetting manufacturers.
