i don't have any special talent, i don't well educated, i still couldn't find my dream or passion about.
and my question is can i use my limit capital can make myself finance freedom?
i have
1.old apartment that i living in, market value $130,000 , equity line of credit owe $70,000
2. a new condo , market value $220,000 , loan owe $210,000
3. invest $10,000 in pre construction condos
4. Universal life insurance , cash value $16,000
5. $10,000 cash
work as a UBER driver in daily basis, so want to ask the millionaires , what will you do to make yourself finance freedom with this limited capital?
