Two updates that I found interesting :

1. email templates

We use feedback genius for routine email with customers, but I still think there are probably some stock responses we could store in Amazon's email templates section for routine customer communication in response to inquiries.

I had not seen this. However… You are correct. If I were selling collectibles or other things that were traditionally negotiated I might turn that option on. But for importers, executing perfect price control… We are not interested in running A fleamarket negotiation with our customers. The price is the price.

Thanks for the updates; I did see these this week. I'm still not totally sure on the messaging thing because it appears customers are easily finding ways to message me now... so maybe I already have the option on? I don't know..

Btw; added 2 new products to my portfolio about a week ago... I just broke 4 days straight of back to back 80+ units and $1.5k+ daily before running out of stock!!
