What are you thoughts on industry based organizations? A lot of them have the opportunity to have a vendor membership.

I would pay hundreds of dollars to meet other people in my industries (apartments, real estate, building owners, etc.)

Also, how about networking groups like BNI?

Is it worth the expense? My concern is it will put me in a price war, so even when I win, I lose.

Do you think I should spend hundreds of dollars to join? How can I make it lucrative?
