OK, so I signed up for this and watched a couple of streams. I have to say that it's pretty cool looking over the shoulder of someone coding. I've done pair programming so it's similar to this but without the immediate feedback. I'll be taking a closer look over the next few days. Thanks @obrian for the tip.

Although, for anyone new, you may want to see if the programmer has any earlier videos. It may be frustrating coming in on the middle of a project and the middle of a code session and not have any frame of reference.

(It also gave me a business idea...;))

your welcome, i think it just launched and i find alot of value in it, if there was 30 hours in a day i would've spent 6 hours watching those videos. what i do is i look at the schedule and click on the upcoming videos which i think can help me in my programming and relevant in my area so that i can get the message in my email when that particular program has started i find that really cool.

Agreed! I'd be happy if I could just stay up for 20 hours straight. lol

I was also pleasantly surprised to find some content on Unity3D and C#. I didn't expect that at all.
