I listened to a podcast recently and the gist of it was, if you can't spot a need in the market, pick up the phone and start calling around or send emails. The guest of the podcast stated that he sent cold emails and asked recipients to notify him of pain-points. Does anyone here have experience with this? If so, how would you go about gathering leads? Also, do you expect I'd see better results if I focused on B2C, B2B or both? Thank you in advance!
