I'm curious how you all feel about this- or if I read the commandment of time wrong....so I have a business idea but until I sell it I believe it will take up nothing but time to run it.
The idea is I want to provide HR and employee engagement solutions to mid-large sized businesses through an online system. Basic idea is you enter employee candidate information for example and it walks you through to process of hiring, on boarding, probation, training, etc. So basically, because this is a system you have to sell and maintain, it will take hours and hours of programming, then sales, then maintenance, etc.
Is this considered a fast lane business? It will not operate independent of my time. And is this a big deal?
