You can easily do all this yourself via Wordpress (maybe not the logo), give it a read and you will have a fairly decent website up and running in a couple of hours..

Like another user said above, stick to wordpress if you want something like this. It shouldn't take more than an hour or two to setup. Grab a nice theme, and you're pretty much set. Use that $100 for something else, like hosting or promotional costs.

I would highly recommend @Mike39 it may be a bit more than $100 but trust me he's worth every penny. He's a very skilled site builder that can do everything you request and even exercise his creative muscles if you let him! I had him build a site for me that is just simply amazing and simple to use.
