    Do not get cute with this. The design by LynARTS is the most simple. Let the customer know that your a simple way to save money. It's black and white, there is no weird, kookiness going on, it's plain as peanut butter.

    don't give up the coffee estate. I've been to a coffee plantation in the mountains of Nicaragua. IT WAS SUPER SIIIIIICK! Buy a different house in SF or rent an apartment for her to live in. For me and my value system and beliefs. It's an easy decision.
