    I was working out with 225 pretty easily at 16, but that was when I was heavily interested in sports and bodybuilding. Now I just do bodyweight exercises to stay healthy and in shape, because honestly, no one gives a shit how much you bench (or squat, or deadlift, or powerclean, or anything else).
