    IDEA MINDSET RANT 
    There are phone apps called something along the lines of "Sleep talking recorder" something or other. Just turn that on as you're laying down, or hell leave it on all day. Instead of getting out of bed, just talk. Then play it back when it's convenient, and write down the pertinent stuff.
