Just thought I would throw this out there. I have a bad habit of going on facebook and scrolling pointlessly. Facebook is not going to give me any value. So every time I want to go to facebook.com I am trying to make the habit to go to fastlaneforum.com and its been working.

why replace one page to pointlessly scroll with another? Why not replace it with something more utilitarian?

I mean, I like the forum and all. But mindlessly scrolling or consuming content, merely for its own sake, is not going to get you to that million dollar mark.

I agree with Lowtek. Why replace one with the other? If your going to aimlessly scroll, find a business topic that you have interest in and learn as much as you can about it. If you've learned all can think you can learn without experience then move onto learning how to execute the moves needed to get there. Don't just read a post because it is the first on the feed. I personally don't have a personal Facebook account and haven't for 4+ years. One of the best things I have ever done for myself. I'm not telling you to delete yours and never look back, but if you must use it, then use it to your advantage. Connect with people worth connecting with. Don't follow Beyonce' and people that post stupid mindless stuff to get trapped in the "funny meme" cycle. Make everything a tool. If the tool is not useful at the time, put it away in the tool box for a time that you can better use it.

Setup a custom homepage that has important things on it. Project lists/links to tools, income summary, growth stats, whatever works for you.
