Hello,

Just a quick intro here...I'm sure you'll get to know me more through future posts and progress thread.

Studied Civil Engineering decided it wasn't for me.
Began to work as a mortgage broker in 2005 right away started making good bucks...quit college completely. In 2008 mortgage industry went to shit.

I did not want to go back to college and take on massive debt. Did a little bit of traveling until I ran out of money. Had a few different office jobs in HR, tax prep. etc.

Couple of years ago I was around the forum because I had a biz idea. Did not take action, I now realize it was due to fear of failure. I got distracted with a girl had a baby. I have a different mindset now and I am ready.

I am now ready to take action because I am ready to fail. I want to get this idea out of my head and the only way is to take action whether it fails or turns out. And then move on to the next venture. I will make a progress thread and hope to get some input.

So much for a short intro.

David

Grind while they sleep. Learn while they party. Live like they dream.

I love this, did you make that up?

Thanks!...No, I saw it somewhere w/out an author. It just resonated with my current mindset so it stuck.
