Hi!

I need commercial rights to illustrations from a freelancer whom I hired. Is the fact that I have written it in the job offer enough? (freelancer.com, upwork, guru)
Or should I ask him to sign something?

I have found this:
http://www.docracy.com/0a9jrw1h5hi/licensing-contract-to-merchandise-images
But... describing images? Shouldn't they be attached somehow? The images are very similar to each other.
