Are there any online chat groups for entrepreneurs? How can I start an online chat group for business people?

Welcome, Randy. You will learn a lot here, if you are able to take the golden nuggets of information and there and apply them to your own situations.

You can get the most out of this site by creating your own posts when you have questions that haven't yet been answered (make sure you use the search function to check before you open a new thread -- can also use the FAQs, since a lot of questions can be answered there). You can also interact and throw your 2 cents in on any thread you see that interests you. If you want to reply to someone in a thread so they get a notification, use the reply button at the bottom of their post in the thread. You can interact one on one with others on this forum by clicking their profile name on the left hand side of a forum, and using the "Start a conversation" button within.

Figure out what you want to learn about, read the threads and post threads to help you gain knowledge on those topics, set goals, and shoot for the stars. Looking forward to seeing your posts here!
