korn - blind Woodstock '99. If you want to see the power and how much love this band has with it's fans, fast forward to around 1:20. Give or take, around 200,000 people unable to contain themselves all due to the groove this band puts down. I also like how when Jonathan Davis (singer) holds his mic out to the audience to have them sing a line in the song at around 2:00 and the audience knows the song so well, that they're louder than the mic! This band definitely gave the people what they wanted.

on a side note, I was at the '94 Woodstock and after being in the middle of all those people (think it was around 400,000), I can definitely tell ya that power ain't no joke

I love strong orchestral and choral pieces, like those from movies or video games. Knowing that you can be the type of hero you see in certain pieces of media just brings out the hero in you that you know you can be. One of my favorites is Baba Yetu by Christopher Tin, made popular by the Civilization franchise. You must love how much music affects our souls and our work production!

Seriously a wonderful piece and can make anyone's heart swell!

Anything by Hans Zimmer. I'm a big metal guy, but it doesn't do much for my mental motivation. The heavy orchestral stuff does. Also - don't give me shit for this one - Lana Del Ray, for one reason only. I had heard a song of hers when I was down in Southern California on a trip and caught the feeling of "freedom" for a brief period, it felt amazing. The songs I listened to, the smells, the things I ate down there fully fuel me to get that feeling back again some day.
