@AllenCrawley, @JasonR, and @MJ DeMarco (myself) all doubled our money, and a some, tripled.

@Eskil, @biophase, @Red, and @allthatjazz -- left with empty wallets/purses. @VinceT scrapped by.

Next month I hope to taste the flavor of a little @Vigilante cash.

I think it was the most subdued game we've ever played.

If there's anything I have learned now after numerous poker nights, it is that I did better the very first time (I actually didn't lose it all the first time believe it or not) - when I had ZERO clue what I was doing, and basically did random actions and bets (lol).

100% of all nights since then, when I have tried to learn and bet smarter, I have lost 100%

Maybe I should go back to completely random actions next time
Royal flush? Fold!
Pair of 2's? Bet $25!

Wow, I made it to 2nd place last night in the first Hold'em Poker Tourney! Only beat by @biophase after all the other players got eliminated one by one into the late hours of the night. For the first time I really felt like I knew what I was doing and could grasp the game fully. Hey this is fun! Thanks for a great and fun game night @MJ DeMarco , @AllenCrawley , @Red , @SteveO (+wife), and @AndrewNC
