Update : so many things happened ...priorities changed.
Just signed a contract with a public institution, i have been working on that proposal for so long, so happy i got, it will give my company the kind of exposure i want and with it a big responsability to deliver.
The bad news : the camp will not happen as expected from 02-06 March
The good news : components of a leadership and entrepreneurship will be added to my new collaboration with the public institution so instead of reaching 5-6 kids a week, i will be reaching a looooot more.
Now, a lot of work needs to be done to market the project ( and get registrations )
- Postal cards ( 10 000 )
- A Web site ( see my other thread ) ...i asked help in the thread for the presentation only, the actual web site will be finished with a professional
- thinking of other methods to market the project ( need to start the actual marketing compaing the first week of March ( registrations for Summer begin )
My Goals:
- Have at least 150 registrations per week ( capacity : 250 ) .... Do you think it's too low? Too high ?? ....... Gross revenues per week : $ 24 000 ( 150 ). 40 000$ ( 250 ) .....for sure i like the $40 000/ week better ( duh )
- Work on the program it self ...running a couple of ads to hire people that will help me with the practicalities and the logistics ( my weakness )
Competition is fierce ( i saw some ads yesterday already running ) and it will be my first year offering such a program with a very big capacity......wish me luck !!
