I have a product I am currently selling in retail stores and looking for ways to incentive new stores to carry our product. I stand by my product and its ability to sell and am thinking about offering a buy back guarantee for any store that has any un-sold merchandise, I will buy it back at cost.

What do you think, smart or not a smart idea?
