I especially liked the advice when trying to create a market place that has two sides to it... of doing it in sequence.

Solid idea. People who hire transport save money because they don't have to buy a car, and the people who rent their cars out make money too. HUGE barriers to entry though, these guys were able to overcome these barriers and now are reaping the rewards for it, props to them.
