I came across a kickstarter like platform call HeroX that I thought you guys might find interesting.
What is it?
HeroX is a platform for running competitions to solve local and global problems.
How does it work?
Have a problem you want to solve or goal you want to achieve? Create a challenge, post a reward, inspire competitors to come up with solutions, and boom! Shift happens.
Who can participate?
Everyone. To work, HeroX needs people to participate in many different ways. If you're good at identifying problems (i.e. complaining), inventing stuff, spreading the word, raising money, or you're just excited by the idea and want to help, HeroX needs you.
