That's a good question... one I haven't contemplated yet. It's a catered event (it's planned for dinner one of the evenings) & the golf bays are rented as well, although attendees will be responsible for their own alcohol consumption. I'll have to get back with you on that one, as I'm honestly not sure yet.

The structure for meals should remain the same, but we're still planning it all out. Right now it's looking like the same thing as years past: coffee in the mornings, lunch on Fri & Sat & dinners as well. The Mariani's hosting dinners took a huge expense out of the equation in previous years (and it was awesome), so we're having to account for that as well. The event should remain the same, overall, we're just re-structuring the speaking & topics. It will all be line-item'd out before you purchase your tickets.

Not quite sure yet, however that event is a private room/balcony. It's cost is budgeted and paid by way of attendee tickets. In fact, I think it is the biggest expense of the whole shin-dig.

Looks like a great venue and event structure. I can't wait! I am definitely in. My business partner is in as well.

In a few more months we may have some big success stories to share but we're just not there yet. We both had our 'first' real sales in our respective ventures just yesterday. Thanks in advance to those who are presenting.

I keep missing these events. Last year I missed ticket sales because my internet went down for a couple days and I couldn't get someone to sell me a ticket!

Last year I flew 5,000 miles to the C&B and met awesome people, and I will make sure to attend this one.

I'm bootstrapping a SaaS app that I'm selling in the US (together with a partner)... so maybe I could talk about a couple of hacks we did to leverage a big player in the industry, contact their current customers and integrate with their exising platform totally under the radar (API integration could cost us thousands of dollars)... I'm a self-taught programmer/designer so I could talk about creating a functional web app with minimum resources... is this something someone could be interested in?

Absolutely. I think the best material are stories and examples of launch-points vs stories of management. For example, "how I manage 20 employees" might be a great topic, but it isn't relevant for most entrepreneurs who struggle with just getting starting, launching points, market penetration, and growing beyond a few sales.

I might propose a discussion about Pre-nups, Post-nups, Cohabitation agreements and divorce related issues that impact entrepreneurs.

Lord knows the legal system does not relate to us ... don't you do NOT want a slowlane judge deciding your fate.

Nothing can ruin your success faster ... and undo everything you accomplished ... faster than divorce court.
