Havent tried app but from what it claims it seems like this would be very useful for people doing SaaS and emailing business owners/managers

edit: also there is a space in front of the url so it doenst load to any website

Definitely a great app, been using this in my last round of validation. It's very useful in knowing how many people open your emails to get a good accurate insight into your response rate.
Also seems like it's good to catch people if they seem interested but haven't responded as they might open the email multiple times over a couple of days, so you know there's some interest there.
