I'm a creative/ designer with 2 retail stores in australia.
I manufacture in China and am in HK all the time. I want to start my online store but base the company and bank account for that online business in HK.
Problem is, like in Fascist USA, the Australian govt requires you to declare ALL your offshore income / assets etc.
Obviously they could figure out I was the director of the HK company if they looked in HK public records.
How can I make my HK company legally immune from tax obligations of the Australian authorities?
Are there any Entrepreneurs out there who understand HK business structures or the way I can structure my company to make it full proof?
thanks guys
Naomi
