    I live in a very densely populated area and I can't think of one place like this within 10 miles.


    Talked to my friend today, told him the numbers just don't work for me. He kept trying to convince me otherwise. Problem is he hates what he is doing now so he could care less if he has to work 70 hours a week as long as he is the owner/part owner of the place. I said he would eventually get tired of it. He doesn't think so.

    And he thinks that there are plenty of people out there that would do a good job with the sales when I wasn't in. I'm not convinced of that. At all.

    He is attached to the idea. I am not. I'm over it.

    Just ask him to put down some numbers for you. I think he will either see that the numbers he needs are crazy or that he has grossly overestimated the store's potential.

    He's stopping over Friday.

    I'm going to give him a pen and sheet of paper and tell him to write the numbers out. Should be obvious then that the numbers aren't good.

    The word Weird has a negative connotation. I would not go there simply because of the name...
